One of our most fabulous productions in 2013 was for the Summerfest Foundation, Inc. The Big Gig Dress Rehearsal is a private event that celebrates Summerfest – the world’s largest music festival.

The inspiration was taken from the design of the famous Delano Hotel in South Beach, Florida. The hotel is known for being playful, elegant, quietly theatrical and filled with all-night energy. It was important that the event demonstrated the same philosophy while providing the guests with a unique and unexpected experience. In the Grand Ballroom at the Pfister Hotel, we erected grand fabric cabanas with beautiful lounge furniture, floating food stations, an impressive dance floor and band stage and custom décor features. The light up dining tables were paired with acrylic chairs and accented with custom made acrylic stands for the “floating” electric guitars. This is the perfect example of event design that focuses on simplicity with a crisp, clean and modern sense of ease.
